To equip students to achieve as individuals, learn transferable leadership skills, and re-invest in their communities.

The lack of staff in schools is the biggest threat to education in the modern era. To combat the staff shortage, Coaching4Change recruits, trains, and compensates diverse college students (primarily first generation, low-income, multi-lingual and/or students of color) to work directly in schools as student support personnel.

Placing cohorts of local college students to serve as near-peer mentors in schools improves classroom culture and student performance while enhancing youth mental health and family engagement.

With our proven model, Coaching4Change is positioned to support a school's immediate needs while building a talent pipeline of future educators.
