Families First Parenting Programs Inc

Families First provides original, research-based parenting programs for families with children from birth to age 8 in under-resourced Greater Boston and Western Massachusetts neighborhoods. For these families, stronger parent-child relationships are helping to set their children on a path to success in school and life.

By partnering with local organizations, Families First brings parents together in their own communities. Families First provides Boston’s most comprehensive model for early childhood parenting education, family engagement, and parent leadership: the Power of Parenting program and the Parent Leadership program.

As a result of Families First’s high-impact, multi-tiered program model, parents will support the development of their children’s social-emotional and cognitive skills, embrace their role as the most important force in their children’s learning and well-being, and gain new skills and resources to support and advocate for their children as they grow.

Families First brings parents of young children together in their communities so they can strengthen their parenting knowledge, skills, and support systems.
